Why did you apply to these schools? When did you get interviews?

If you just want a thumbs up/down, always assume down. As a reapplicant, where is your most significant area of improvement?

Getting 4 interviews is very good. No one knows your actual chances. I presume you felt good after each interview.

Without knowing what other schools you are waiting for, abandon hope. This is the 4 you are waiting for. If anything your masters GPA is low enough that you probably could get off a waitlist, but it might take some time.
