Results so far? What do your NIH OITE advisors think?

To me your application still screams a bit more on the research side than the clinic side, so hopefully those additional clinical experience hours will help. Being an Oregon resident, I presume OHSU will come get you if they haven't already. Your non-clinical hours are okay, though I don't have the chronology to know if they are a more recent activity or not. Having only 125 hours in food distribution at submission is lower than desired.

I would consider DO programs unless you want to spend more money as a reapplicant. You have a lot of DO programs in the Northwest where you would be attractive. That said, you need to clarify the role research you want to have on your training.

I suggest adding these schools this week:
TCU
Belmont
NOVA MD
Wake Forest
Eastern Virginia
Temple
Jefferson
Albany
Vermont
Quinnipiac
UMass
Oakland Beaumont
Western Michigan
Medical College Wisconsin
Rosalind Franklin
Rush expects far more non clinical volunteering hours than you have and the UCs are reaches.

Thanks so much for the inputs. Really appreciate it. Won't it be late to add new schools this week and submit secondaries ? Or should I just go for it

Check with the deadlines for each school and apply to any where the deadline has not passed.
