You've covered the bases pretty well with your ECs. If you also have anything you could list for Teaching, that would be good.
Top schools are looking to train the future leaders in medicine. Be sure that your narrative comments about your various activities support that you have that potential. The main areas of importance seem to be substantive Research (pubs are helpful), Leadership, and Nonmedical/Noncampus Community Service, IMO. The more strengths you have in these arenas, the better. It also helps to have "hook," namely some way in which you are unique. This might be an Artistic Endeavor, Intercollegiate Sports, Teaching, or some interesting Hobby or Avocation.
