what are my chances?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Honestly, unless you give us more details, we can't say. Everyone writes they're from a "hard/top" school and everyone writes they have good ECs/recs (but most ECs I've seen are not that amazing...)

What Catalystik said. You are bound to get in somewhere with those numbers, but the Top 20 depends on the rest of your application.

You've covered the bases pretty well with your ECs. If you also have anything you could list for Teaching, that would be good.

Top schools are looking to train the future leaders in medicine. Be sure that your narrative comments about your various activities support that you have that potential. The main areas of importance seem to be substantive Research (pubs are helpful), Leadership, and Nonmedical/Noncampus Community Service, IMO. The more strengths you have in these arenas, the better. It also helps to have "hook," namely some way in which you are unique. This might be an Artistic Endeavor, Intercollegiate Sports, Teaching, or some interesting Hobby or Avocation.
