Hi, here's my basic stats and EC:

Psychology Major
cGPA: 3.3, (with grade replacement, 3.5)
sGPA: 3.1
MS (not SMP) GPA: 3.9
(Major GPA 3.82, but I don't think it matters?)
MCAT: 28 (10VR/10PS/8BS) [definitely will retake, score is expired and low]

Clinical Experience:
2.5 years hospital volunteering
2 months clinic coordinator
Medical Scribe (4 months)
Shadowing (~20 hours)

Leadership
Event coordinator and president of an international student association

Community Service:
Salvation Army 1 year
Tutoring URM high school student (2 years)

Research Experience:
Neuro lab 6 months
Immunology lab (almost a year, will stay for another year and half)
currently one Nature publication

I moved to the States to attend college (Permanent resident) when I was 17 without any family or friends. Had significant adjustment and language problems.

My freshmen GPA was at one point 1.8. Had 3 Fs: twice on calculus and once on Gen Chem I. 2 Cs on Bio 101 and Bio I. Retake all of the mentioned classes and got As. Everything else are As and Bs. Upward trend but a C on physio in my final term undergrad. Did not retake that class. Graduated MS with a 3.9 GPA. Didn't know about SMP at the time.

Do I have a chance?

Where is your state of residence? You could receive interviews at some DO schools if you repeat your MCAT and obtain over 500. Your old 28 is equivalent to 505.

DO schools put weight on Master's GPA while MD reportedly don't, at least not nearly as much. With that in mind, an MCAT retake would make you competitive for DO schools. No, your major GPA is irrelevant compared to cGPA and sGPA, and grade replacement was discontinued at almost all DO schools and will likely be totally gone next cycle.
