I decided I didn't want to take summer classes, this is my first summer without any classes and it feels awkward I keep feeling like im wasting my time. I'm currently shadowing like 2 days a week and I plan on volunteering next month (the volunteer orientation date is in mid june) what else could I do to improve my application? I plan on applying next year.

I always feel like I should be doing something more productive, apparently I don't know how to have fun ;(

have a summer class that finishes up at the end of june, at which point i'll be quitting my job. afterwards i figure i'll shadow and volunteer some more in between the 12ish daily hours of DAT prep i'll suffer.

my problem is i know all too well how to have fun.

I have two jobs so I'll be working, I will be shadowing and volenteering. Working in the research
Lab and best of all riding my dirt bike!

Working until literally the day before classes start. Classes start 8/6, will be working until 8/4. By then I will have about $6500 for personal use for atleast a year lol

what kind of work?

Haven't done a vacation since I went back to school, so as soon as my app is in, my family is going to take our camper for a trip across the country. Pretty excited for that.

Working a full time job, studying for the DAT, deciding what schools to apply to, taking the DAT, doing well enough on it to have a chance, writing a personal statement, and sending everything out. All hopefully by early August at the latest. Needless to say I'll be a little busy 🙂

Studying for the DAT, working full time, taking the DAT, volunteering on a mobile dental clinic, shadowing, and then going to Korea and Thailand for 4 weeks before fall quarter starts. Oh, and I am applying for this coming cycle, probably in late July.
