It's difficult to say. Each has its strengths and weaknesses, so no one here can give you a straight answer. You should assess each program using your own criteria, and then you'll know which program is right for you.
I personally would enjoy being in either of the two programs, but chose an allopathic one over an osteopathic program. My reasons had, in part, to do with cost of education, postgraduate training options, and factors that I considered to be important in selecting an institution for medical training.
