I'm pretty sure most cardioselective B-blockers would work. Blocking B2 will prevent the body from releasing insulin in response to hypoglycemia, so you want to spare that response. Blocking both B1 and B2 would both 1) prevent patient from getting tachy from low blood sugar and 2) would prevent their insulin release
