What classifies a repeated course?

If I withdrew from a course and have a W on my transcript, and then took it again do I have to classify the course as "repeated" on PTCAS? I would think repeated meant I received a grade for the class and then took it again and received a second grade. If anyone knows please advise me, thanks!

According to PTCAS written instructions PDF (page 23): "Do not mark withdrawn attempts as a repeated course."
