WHAT??? For all of you who got accepted at University of Michigan on Dec 8th ... isn't our deadline on Jan 20th? Anybody??? or was it a typo in my acceptance letter? 😱

i dont know about Michigan, but for most schools if you were accepted Dec. 1st than it is Jan 15. If you are accepted post dec 1st than it is x amount of days after notification of acceptance. If i got a letter saying the 20th than thats what i would expect. I think you're fine.

no joke ... I have been looking for the letter all day long, and so is my dad ... but no luck.

I got interviewed on Nov 17th and did not get accepted till Dec 7th or 8th and I just remember reading there as the deadline Jan 20th. I was just wondering if somebody had the same interview day and got accepted around the same time?

Just mail your check, then call them like crazy making sure they know you want to go there. 🙂

My letter from Michigan says Jan 15th. I was accepted on the 1st but didn't receive the letter until the 10th. I'm sure you'll be fine if you mail it tomorrow though.....

they can't mail it tomorrow; it's MLK day; therefore, the post office will be closed

Spiffy. If you can't find the letter or call them, grab an early morning flight and hand-deliver it to them by tomorrow afternoon. The benefits of going there outweigh the airfare.

i don't think anyone will be there tomorrow since it is a major holiday, but they could slide it under the door or something.

Guys ... you come up with some wild ideas !!! flying to Michigan tomorrow... sliding the check throught the door ... thanks ... LOL really thank you all ... I am going to send them an email and explain the situation.

well lol...believe it or not...the dental school will have its doors open tomorrow...theres a MLK thing goin on...plus our professors will be there...so will i!!!

other than that...i got accepted on dec 1st last cycle...called up admissions that i couldnt send it out on time got an extension and sent it in on the 27th or something...but CALL AT 8 am on tuesday...then overnite it

UPS or FEDEX maybe open tomorrow for overnight stuff...but probly not regualar stuff

Hey ... I will fly tomorrow if I have too ... and.... also use the opportunity to celebrate MLK's at Michigan !! I will call tomorrow, just to see if the offices are open. I wonder if they take credit cards? If not I will mail out my check ASAP!!
