Did you rest?
Take a Full Length practice test?
Did you review?

Just wondering what most people felt comfortable doing.
I myself probably will end up taking a Full length everyday for the last 3 days before the exam

I think the general consensus is to do NOTHING MCAT related the day before your test. Just take it easy and relax!

I will probably go watch a movie, then review my notes and formulas, light cardio, sleep. Then I write at 1pm so im going to review my notes and formulas again before the test.

i will get up, make breakfast and do 3 hours of review from 8-11 to mimic my testing time.

Then I will go have a wonderfully filling lunch, read leisurely for a couple hours, go run 2-3 miles. Go home, shower, have dinner, crash early, around 9-10. My goal is too be completely worn out so that I get a full 8 hours of sleep. That is rare for me, so I have to drain myself mentally and physically.

Then I can wake up refreshed and ready to do battle with Sir MCAT of Longwood.

I shall prevail.

I woke up around the time I would for the exam, had breakfast, and then I did a practice verbal test since that was my weakest area. Then I just sat around all day and watched movies.

Before I went to bed, I did some bio flashcards. Then the next morning before my exam, I went over formulas for G-Chem and Physics and that was it!

I took a practice exam every other day during the week before the test. But I also know people who just took an exam every day for the 3-4 days leading up to their exam. Whatever you think you'd be more comfortable with!

DO NOTHING! this is the general consensus from people

there is no point in studying or reviewing or doing another practice, and this point you know what youo know and any review you can do is futile in the grandscheme of the mass amount of info you need for the MCAT

Let you mind and body rest,....personally, I ate awsome meals, watched a movie or two and just basked in knowing htat it would all be over in 24hours

I worked straight up till the last day, LOL, since I was so pressed for study time.

The best advice though I think is to go to bed early, like much earlier than you would, and take some Benadyl/Nyquil if you have trouble falling asleep. This ensures that you're guaranteed to get a good night's rest before your exam. I learned this when I tossed and turned in bed for a full hour and half before my SAT in high school and ended up sleeping for only 4 hours before the exam.

I agree with this BUT make sure to practice doing this a couple times to see how it affects you. Some people feel really groggy the next day if they try this...

Thus the reason I suggested that people try and physically wear themselves out. Go run, play basketball or anything that is near you.

Some of you are lucky enough to have nearby mountains or trails, go walk/run them!

It seems minor but I truly believe it will help you wake up feeling refreshed.

had an hour classs, got on a 3.5 hour bus ride to london, took a dry run to the testing center, went back to friend's flat, and reviewed orgo.

couldn't sleep. actually woke up at 4am in the morning because i couldn't remember the difference in selectivity when attacking epoxides with acids or bases.

yeah, try not to do that.
