Top secret retail pharmacy eating tip. I get an Uncle Ben's. Rice bowl and a packet of salmon or tuna and put them together. Pretty filling and decently healthy. You don't need to eat two like lean cuisine or WW.

Yeah, my wife takes the rice from these and adds it with grilled chicken, veggies, and soy sauce in a tortilla to make an oriental-type wrap. Very good.
