Are you supposed to put only medical school related stuff. Or do you put down previous non medically related jobs. I'm a non trad with a previous non medically related career. During medical school I didn't really do anything volunteering/clubs outside of school.

I would definitely put your non-medically related job you did before medical school. It certainly adds a uniqueness to your application.
