I'd definitely apply to more schools if I were you. Georgia Regents has a class of about 95% in-state, so you might want to nix them. West Virginia is a state school too, and I think they usually have a preference for their own residents and a couple states around them. Throw in a few private schools to increase your chances of interviews/acceptances.
