Alright guys, so I am currently a freshman pre-dental and know a ton about getting into dental school, but have been thinking about medicine lately, and don't know much about what it takes to get into med school.

Lets say I apply with a cGPA: 3.7, sGPA: 3.7 with the following extra curriculars...
100-150 hours homeless shelter volunteering
100-150 hours boys and girls club volunteering
100-150 hours shadowing doctors
200 hospital volunteer hours

Let's say with all of that, would i have a good shot of getting into medical school somewhere?

Also with the MCAT, could someone describe it to me a bit and maybe compare it to the DAT(which i know a good bit about) and what scores I would need in addition to what I have posted above to get into an MD program.

You're a freshman. You haven't taken the MCAT. Stop, research, then post.

Could you gain admittance? Sure.
Could you not get even an interview anywhere? Sure.

It's far too early to say, and projecting so far out will only lead to disappointment.

Read, and read often. There are many resources available. It takes an awful lot to get into medical school. Nobody can guarantee you will find any luck, nor can anybody say you will not have the best of luck.

A pair. Some say balls, some say labia, but I hear either is fine. Quadruplet? I don't know.

You made an SDN account as a 10th grader in high school...I'm sure you know how to find out the information you need...

Generalities:

>3.7 gpa
>30 mcat
shadowing
clinical volunteering
research
other stuff that you like to do that make you a unique applicant

MCAT is a reasoning exam that requires strong foundational knowledge of biology, o-chem, g-chem and physics, and the ability to read and understand ridiculous/convoluted stuff and answer questions based off that stuff. No idea about what the new MCAT will be like.

I'd be more general and say "Clinical experience" and some type of "non-medical volunteering".
