What does mean ( negative pressure of Right Atreial )

else one thing ( How Right Atrial Pressure come in negative !!!! ) in curve you see -4 -2

What doese mean that atrial pressure in ( - ) negative ??

please any one explain this to me !

Do you need a definition of what negative pressure means? It means a (weak) vaccuum. A negative pressure in the right atrium forces blood to be sucked into it (along with whatever CVP is left to push blood into the right atrium). Since the tricuspid valve is there, blood cannot come back from the RV, and thus comes from the venous circulation.

Similar phenomenon is seen w/ pleural pressure. The lungs exhibit negative pressure (trying to collapse in) while the chest wall counterbalances it (to expand it). This is why if you poke a hole in the pleura (pneumothorax) the lung will collapse in while the chest wall expands out.
 
the pressure listed there is relative to something else, e.g in the lungs pressure is relative to atmospheric pressure (around 760mmHg) so -4 in the lungs would indicate there is a pressure around 756. im not sure if the atrial pressure listed there is relative to atmospheric or to the chambers but it would follow that principle
 
How are there people in medical school who don't know what negative pressure is? Do you have any teachers at your school?

what? how is it not correct? the very definition of negative pressure is negative with respect to something else. you can not have an absolute negative pressure, 1st year physics. the guy you quoted as correct said the exact same thing, the negative pressure in the right atria would be relative to something, e.g. the right ventricle.
