What does "nothing" mean

So, 4 schools I applied to have not gotten back to me after they said they received my application, it is complete and it will be reviewed.
No interview, no rejection, nothing.
I'm saying to myself, well, nothing is better than a rejection.

What do you guys think? Have people been receiving rejections yet?

You can check on predents to see if a school has started rejecting people or not...
I have 2 schools that have not reply either...no interview, no rejection, nothing! It's Maryland and Temple...both of these schools have started rejecting people already so I have no idea what "nothing" means...I also applied very early...so that is even more werid...
Did you applied late? Your stats are stellar so chances are you just applied a bit late and will hear something pretty soon! good luck!
