Just with the limited information, why not 60-66 Gy with chemo? I’ve actually worked with a thoracic surgeon that took people to surgery after 60 Gy, so another possible option if things respond.

60 Gy with concurrent chemo.

Resect if possible afterwards.

In my experience, dosing depends on the surgeon's commitment. Ones I work with go in to operate no matter what. Therefore, I usually stop at 50 Gy.

Despite the interest of a certain political figure having an unresectable sulcus tumor, the fact of a certain individual having a diagnosis does not have relevance to this forum. Some information has been removed to keep the forum apolitical and a few posts have been deleted.

Further political discussion in this thread will result in warnings.

Otherwise, carry on the discussion of how to treat superior sulcus tumors.
