All it does is give similar pain relief to acetaminophen while causing seniors to fall down the stairs more often. Mega-thumbs down on that one.

Agreed. I would not prescribe that often...
Norvasc, Lopressor, Gabapentin, Omeprazole, and the typical controls.
for sure vicodin 5-500
we have a few clinics in town but none near by, yet we still dispense about 600-750 methadone a week.... sigh.
I have made the same observation!!! I don't think the wealthy are necessarily more depressed, its just that they can afford a doctor visit every time they have a normal physiological response. And demand a fix ( a pill)
