I don't think there's anything you can do to increase your chances other than practicing for interviews, buying a nice suit, and compiling meaningful questions to ask at your interviews to stand out.

I think having the combined physics grade will improve it a little
Bit. I calculated it with both and it would bring the bcp to about a 2.85ish which I guess looks better than 2.75. Honestly I'm just trying to fix anything and everything possible lol should I reach out to the schools I'm applying to and ask them if I should even bother with retaking it? I got a C- in physics

Yes, most schools don't take C- for prereq.
