What GPO does your practice use, and why?

Also, what do you think of the future of privately owned oncology groups, do you think they will dwindle over time and be replaced by large companies? I was wondering if what happened in nephrology with dialysis centers will happen in oncology with group practices and infusion centers, any thoughts?

Any suggestions on where I can read about the economics of an oncology practice, or private practice in general? Or where I can learn how to run these businesses?
