Is being a TA in undergraduate considered work since it is "teaching?" What about volunteering in a third world country and doing clinical work. Is it considered "work" since it's a clinical experience? Just a little confused.

Don't drive yourself crazy over these sorts of things. Just put them where you feel they fit best. I'm not certain that TA experience in college belongs anywhere, unless it's something you're really proud of and want to talk about.
