hey guys.
what is the latest submittion date to still be considered an early applicant?
what about late?

It's all relative and largely based on the numbers of people applying (and when the bulk of them apply).

In general I'd say early applicants are those that apply in May, and June. Late applicants would be those applying in October or later, in my opinion. July, August, and September would be the bulk months from what I can tell.
