Medical What is considered "late" this cycle?

My undergraduate school has not completed a single committee letter, and is refusing to do letter packets. I was one of the first 14 people to interview for their committee letter and they also refuse to give me a target date. Just wondering how long this can drag on before it really starts to hurt my application. (everything is finished except this single letter.)

For MD, early to mid-Oct

For DO, end of Dec
