I cant seem to find the link.. and the secondary app link provided does not work. Can anyone please tell me what the link is to Loma Linda's School of Dentistry observation hours sheet?

i dont remember if it is specified, but i had 40 at the time of app submission and I got in. so 40 hrs was enough
