shadowing: 350 hr in 6 departments
Employment : tutoring for 4.5 years.

I am Texas resident aiming for baylor and UTSW. I know that my GPA and mcat are not stellar. please give me a little hint .

I am sorry if you feel I am trolling, but I can only compare with my friend whose gpa is above 3.85 with 38 mcat.
