what is the reason for uprolling of eyes during clonic phase of GTC seizure? Is there is specific involvement of Intraocular eye muscles or other parts of brain involvement?

maybe the person tries to close his/her eyes, but the seizure wont let the eyelid to be closed. as a result, resultant muscles of eyes caused the eyeball to turn upward.
