There was a secondary nameserver that was old and was passing along the old dns information when the primary nameserver wasn't working right. Therefore, the site would be up and then down repeatedly depending upon which nameserver was being hit. The issue has been addressed, but the holiday slowed down the process. Everything seems to be working fine now. In addition, you could always access the forum through an alternative address found at www.osrr.org
