I'm using the BR books for physics, chem, and orgo and am getting destroyed on the end of chapter questions. I usually get anywhere between ~60-75% right. This is really messing with my confidence because I think I understand something only to get obliterated on the questions. I'm getting stressed/worried because my test is coming up in May and I feel like if I was really ready I should be scoring a lot higher. Thoughts from folks who have experienced BR would be appreciated. Thanks. :scared:

I used TBR as my primary MCAT prep (along with Nova Physics, TPRH verbal and a few odds and ends) tended to get between 10-13s on the sections. For physics, my range was 55-80% (avg more like 65-70%), chem 70-83%, orgo 70-83%, bio 70-80%. My real MCAT score was 12 in PS and BS. I think it's been mentioned elsewhere but TBR's questions can be a little more complex than the real MCAT but they give you more leeway with the number that you can get wrong,

60-75% in BR physics, gen chem and biology is not bad. However, you should try to get 70-85% in O-chem because their Ochem passages are not crazily difficult. With your average, you are looking to get 10+ in PS/BS.

For Orgo, Physics, and Chem, I have been closely reviewing each chapter I get below 75% on for the last 1/3 of passages (I did the Sn2ed plan). It is around 20% of the chapters. For bio, I say screw it, do the passages, and then laugh when I either get a 90% or a 65%.
