After passing the screenings at Loyola and Pittsburgh recently, I was curious if this is really something to be excited about or if they only screen out a very small percentage of applicants.
Anybody know the percentages of applicants that pass secondary screenings?
I'm thinking they probably pass a high percentage of applicants since they probably want the money from many applicants
if 90% of applicants pass screenings, then it's not a big improvement in acceptance chances
I'm thinking they probably wouldn't pass this many since why bother screening in the first place?
Although, now that I passed them, I'm obviously hoping a low percentage pass screenings
if only 50% of applicants pass screenings, then obviously this improves acceptance chances
it's probably higher than this because that's a low amount of money coming in
my guess would be it's probably somewhere in the middle, may 75%?
that's just a guess though, anybody know any reliable stats
