What pre-req classes should I plan to retake?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
This question can't be considered in isolation. It depends on your overall application and stats. Obviously the C would be the highest yield to retake.

You probably should have just started 1 thread about your application and chances, rather than 3 different threads with inter-related questions. Having everything in one place would make it a lot easier to help you.

Some schools do not accept prerequisite grades lower than a 3.0, and I believe a C is a 2.something as per PTCAS.

A C is 2.0 on PTCAS. Almost all schools I've seen say all pre-req grades must be a C or above (ie no C-). However, most require a 3.0 as the overall pre-req GPA.

Get an A in A&P II, retake chem I. Retake statistics online from a community college because that would be very easy to fit in.

Get an A in chem II that will forgive your C in Chem I. Otherwise I'd consider retaking chem I.

Once again, this means the pre-req GPA must be >3.0. I doubt there are any schools whose minimum requirements don't technically allow for a single C anywhere on your transcript. Whether you get accepted or not with a C is a different matter, but many people do.

Thanks! Yeah, I have yet to see a school who doesn't accept C grades (or below a 3.0).

I should have been more specific - University of Puget Sound states on their admission requirements that a grade of 3.0 or higher must be earned in each prerequisite course. I thought I had looked at another school with a similar requirement, but must be wrong about that as I can't find it.

Huh. The vast majority of schools I've seen just say pre-req have to be a C or higher, or sometimes they say nothing at all. Obviously if you have multiple C's you are unlikely to get in, but that is usually what the minimum is.
