What process do I go through to send my physician a thank you card for my LOR?

I'm actually sending it now hoping he can FINALLY get started on my LOR -______________-
Do I just send the card to the address of his clinic? I want to make sure he personally receives it. I dont think I have or ever will have his address to his home so thats out of the question.

I sent my thank you cards to their offices. However, I did not send the thank you's until after they actually submitted them. I would recommend calling or e-mailing to see where he is in the process.

I called a bunch of times so I dont want too seem overly pushy. I heard someone on SDN sent a ty card with the same purpose and got the LOR in 5 days -_-
