What residency programs discriminate against DO's?

I can't find a recent thread on this with specific residency programs cited, but I know that this exists at places that will only admit X amount of DOs or throw out DO applications altogether. I once thought it only applied for competitive specialties like Derm or Ortho, but I've heard that this discrimination is present in other fields like IM--any names?
