What Schools look at +/-s and what schools dont?

Is there somehwere I can look this up?

My GPA without
+/-'s is significantly higher.

I just know the majority take the with +/-'s. Sorry dont know any specific schools.

University of Tennessee in Memphis doesn't look at +/-.
