Apply to the schools that are Georgia-friendly for sure. And then after that, think about where you could see yourself living--after that, contact those schools and ask what their opinion is about your DAT. I'm not gonna tell you to retake it, because taking it once is bad enough, but many schools told me that a 19 was considered competitive average, even though many of their students came in with 20's. Luckily, your GPA is solid! So nice job on that. 🙂
