You mean 190? Focus on your weak areas and continue doing UWORLD and FA. You may lack basic concepts in which case I would suggest using DIT. I was in the same boat several weeks ago and went from a 190 on NBME 13 to a 219 on NBME 19 by doing DIT. The videos really helped me understand the concepts because I was having a hard time going through FA and solely memorizing. I also suggest you focus on the first three chapters of Pathoma.
