The GPA-MCAT grid shows you have a greater than 50% chance for a MD acceptance. You best chances would be at all your Ohio schools (except Case) and West Virginia, Howard, Meharry and Morehouse . Also apply to at least 10 DO schools and your best chances are at OU-HCOM. You may need a DO LOR for some schools. Other DO schools you can try include:

BCOM
LMU-DCOM
UP-KYCOM
WCU-COM
LECOM
MU-COM
WVSOM
VCOM (all 3 schools)
UIWSOM
