I received a letter yesterday informing me that my application was selected among those in the very competitive category and a decision regarding acceptance or placement on an alternate list would be made shortly. I interviewed almost 2 months ago. I really liked this school and I would say that post interview it left me with one of the best impressions all around. My question is, should I wait to see what decision is made, I believe it is between acceptance and waitlist or should I sent a letter ASAP expressing my interest in the school. The letter closed with "Please do not hesitate to call me if I can be of further assistance" so I don't think that communication before a decision will be bad etiquette. What do you think? Thanks
