I applied to a mix of schools, a few reach schools (Duke, Mayo, Columbia, Northwestern), some public schools that accept a decent amount of OOS students (U Michigan, Ohio State, U Wisconsin, etc.) and a mix of private schools (Georgetown, Tufts, USC, Emory, etc.)

You should receive several interviews from those schools. You could add schools such as Mount Sinai, Einstein, Hofstra.
