Hey Guys,

I've already read kaplan for gchem, but is there something better out there that can help me build or rebuild a stronger foundation in this area?

Your textbook is probably your best bet. Know the concepts (don't worry about doing logs in your head and stuff) and you'll be fine.

I think Gen chem text might be over doing it. The way I did G chem was go through Kaplan and then through destroyer. If you cannot do a problem in there then look up the topics online or in a text.

everyone above has said it and i'll just reiterate...gchem texts are the way to go because 1) they generally have a ton of porblems you can practice on and 2) they can shed some light on the concepts that kaplan glosses over (and they are know for this!). i am currently studying from a gchem text for teh DAT and the only thing that sometimes messes me up is that i have a tendency to sometimes delve into the text too far...obviously try not to do this!

Thanks for the tips. What kind of gchem text do u use? Something like Barron's??

I'm thinking of using Kaplan and DAT Destroyer, what do u guys think?
