What to do after filing FASFA?

After filing FASFA, what else I can do while waiting to hear from the programs accepted me? Is there any type of scholarship I can apply on my own? I will google for sure, but thought I may get more helpful inputs here.

Check to see if your schools have aid applications you need to fill out as well. Every school I was accepted to has one
