that seems kind of steep. What school is it, if you don't mind me asking. I've only heard of 100 dollar deposits (refundable by may 15th). Some of mine haven't even asked for deposits. If you think you have a good chance of getting in somewhere else, I'd probably save the money, but of course is your decision.
