I plan on buying the AAMC practice tests 4 - 10. However, I'm not sure if I should buy the paper or CBT version. Obviously the CBT is better practice for the real thing, but wouldn't the paper version have "more" material to practice with. Are you even given a choice? Thanks.

I had some paper tests I used to practice on and familiarize myself with questions. I did old full lengths with 3-5, then picked one or two from 6-10 or 7-10 for CBT. I also used some Kaplan old FL's too. If you are computer literate for the most part you wouldn't have issues with the CBT portion, at least that is my belief. I had no issues other than firefox isn't a compatible browser for all the features they let you do (strikeouts, highlights, etc).

Paper version is also more expensive $40 + $8 standard shipping (unless you want faster delivery, which costs much more), compared to $35 for online access.

If you end up using CBT, know that some of the features available while you practice are missing from the real test. AAMC explains those differences in detail on their website.
