Would anybody please tell me how can I prepare for this passage? what topics do I need to review to do well on such a passage?

Edit: Looks like an expansion upon the theory behind NMR

I would go over the fundamentals of NMR spectroscopy (like the above poster said, the theory behind how it works). However, if I remember correctly that passage was almost like a VR passage and required very little outside knowledge.

Drawing a diagram + having solid knowledge of vector manipulation + background knowledge of E&M you should have already learned as part of Phys2 would be the highest yield preparation, I think. This one seems to be all "can you parse the information we give you to answer questions?"
