I did poorly in immunology. I got an C-. Do you think I should retake it or just focus on upper division classes?

It depends on how much it hurt your GPA. It isn't a pre-req and it's technically passing.

One C usually doesn't kill you. I would keep on truckin' and if it happens in other classes then you may have to retake a few.
