What about nonclinical volunteering?

Did you look at MSAR? Many of those state schools don’t take out of state people or take very few (it could be difficult with your MCAT). Highly recommend getting MSAR if you haven’t yet. It’s a great resource!

Maybe @Goro and @Faha can help you make a more realistic list

You are fine for all the DO schools on your list. Your MD list contains many state public schools that accept very few non residents with your MCAT.
I suggest these MD schools:

  • University of Missouri Columbia
  • university of Missouri Kansas city
Creighton
St. Louis
Loyola
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
NOVA MD
Oakland Beaumont
George Washington
Drexel
Temple
Penn State
Seton Hall
New York Medical College
Quinnipiac
Vermont
Loma Linda
Wake Forest

Do you have US citizenship or green card?
If not, then I can only recommend those DO schools that accept internationals.

Non clinical volunteering?? I’m going to say it again- you have a lot of OOS public schools on your list. Be very careful spending time and money on applications to this many out of state public schools. I’d leave Rush off too. You don’t seem to fill their very strict requirements for service. In fact lots of these schools have specific missions. Do you meet those missions? Are you really going to apply to 52+ MD schools and DO schools?
