What's a good internship for the summer

I have done SMDEP my sophomore year and was looking to do a similar summer internship. I was wondering if anyone knows a good internship that they would recommend. I have limited research experience and had trouble getting one last year. So if anyone knows less competitive ones also that would be awesome.
