So, I just took another practice NBME exam (#13), and I got a 360, which is equivalent to a 198. The last one I took was 1.5 weeks ago and I got a 380 (#12). Somehow, I'm doing worse. I've got 700 questions left on Uworld, and I'm averaging a 64%. This isn't normal, right? I've got 4 weeks left until the exam. Should I delay it?

EDIT: I just delayed the test by a week, so I now have 5 weeks left.

I have been in a similar situation. Basically I scored 370, worked my ass off for a week, then scored 370. My main problem has been borderline to below borderline path and then micr/pharm weakness. My current study mentor told me that it was a basic lack of fundamental knowledge and that going through FA pathology along with pathoma would do wonders. So far my UWorld scores have been going up as I make a second pass through FA and pathoma.

If you have 5 more weeks you should easily be able to break 230+

How are you studying for that? The advice I was given is to spend 1 hour everyday on it, no matter what, and go through 1 or 2 system based drugs each day

Same advice I've been given. Just haven't followed it, like I like.
