what's the conversion scale used?

I'm taking the MCAT in August and I've begun to take diagnostics.

Does anyone know what the actual conversion scale used on AAMC MCAT's is? I know it varies slightly from test to test, but is there a standard one they go by?

if you go www.e-mcat.com it lists the conversion scores for each test. you have to get an account but its free so just sign up if you dont have one
