What's the Difference btw...??

What's the difference between an

MPH in International Health (from Harvard) and a MSc Tropical Medicine & International Health (from London School of Hyg & Trop Med) ?

Are they essentially the same and recongized?

Im a bit confused because some schools offer an MPH, where as others offer a MSc...

Is it kinda like MD (US) = MBBS (UK) ?
